Return Policy
- A request for return can be raised throughcare@askatingmonk.comwithin 15 days of receipt of the product by mentioning the reason for return. The following product types are not applicable for return:
- Bodywear
- Socks
- All types of Caps
- Face Masks
- Shoe care products
- Laces
- Keyrings
- Gloves
- Returns will be accepted only if they are inoriginal packaging, include the invoice, and the item is unworn with all tags attached. Askatingmonk reserves the right to deny refunds if these conditions are not met.
- We will arrange for a return pick-up from the original delivery address. The courier will collect the product within 72 hours of your request.
- Please allow 5–7 working days for the product to reach our order processing centre.
- Returns will be processed only after the product reaches our processing centre.
- Returns will not be entertained through Askatingmonk retail outlets.
Cancellation Policy
1.1 Cancellation by Askatingmonk
Askatingmonk reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order at any time for any reason. Possible reasons include limitations on quantities, delivery restrictions, inaccuracies in product or pricing information, or product quality issues.
If your order is cancelled, you will be notified. For prepaid orders, the paid amount will berefunded to the original payment method.
1.2 Cancellation by User
Customers may request order cancellations, but Askatingmonk reserves the right to accept or reject such requests. If the order has not been processed or approved, it will be cancelled and a full refund will be issued.
Cancellations are not accepted once the order has been packed. If delivery is attempted, customers may deny acceptance. For prepaid orders, a refund will be processed once the product is received back at our processing centre.
Late or Missing Refunds (If Applicable)
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please follow these steps:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company — it may take time before the refund is officially posted.
- Contact your bank — there may be additional processing time before the refund is visible.
If you’ve done all this and still haven’t received your refund, contact us atcare@askatingmonk.com.
Offer and Schemes / Voucher Redemption
Aero Club reserves the right to change, modify, add, or delete terms and conditions of its promotional schemes, including but not limited to refer-a-friend programs and voucher campaigns, at any time. Aero Club may withdraw a scheme from the website or market at its discretion.

Refund Policy
Refunds will be made to the same form of payment originally used for the purchase within15 working days after the product reaches our processing centre. Please note that refund times depend on your issuing bank.
Refunds for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will be issued via bank transfer only. Please provide a cancelled cheque while placing the refund request.
For COD orders, please allow approximately 15 working days for the payment to be credited. Shipping charges for orders below ₹1000 will not be refunded if delivery is attempted or completed.
Delivery
Askatingmonk endeavours to deliver products within 2–3 weeks from the close of sale, depending on location. Delays may occur due to courier or transport issues. Askatingmonk is not liable for any loss or expenses arising from delivery delays.
If you fail to take delivery, Askatingmonk may charge additional shipping costs at its discretion.
Important Note
Upon delivery, please ensure that the product is undamaged and properly packed before accepting it. If the packaging appears damaged or tampered with, do not accept the delivery.
An unboxing video is mandatory for any claims or refunds related to receiving fake or incorrect products. Such issues must be reported within 24 hours of receipt.
